Description
An original oil on canvas of pink and white tree blossom and white wild flowers in a Spring meadow. There is a glimpse of a lake in the distance. I painted it in response to a walk I had across similar fields in May 2015 near the reservoir in Forest Row, East Sussex. It is a summation of the enthusiastic abundance of May flora and fauna! Expressionist in style, thick paint, deep edge canvas with edges painted white with a hint of green.
