Artist's Description
40 x 40 x 1.5 inches large original oil painting of two tigers in an abstract landscape. The colours are rainbow and vibrant and the scene hints at a jungle with the tigers positioned in the branch of a tree. One tiger stares off to the right while the other has just emerged from somewhere and is wondering who we are. This is a painting that evolved organically just as a real forest does. The tigers are another in a series where I am optimistically creating worlds where they can continue to survive. The paint is used thinly and thickly and is interesting to look from close up as well as from a distance. Painted on deep edge canvas - edges white, no frame needed.

I am inspired by the patterns of nature and the energy, colours and spaces of the landscapes and animals around me. I like to think that...
