Description
A large semi abstract original oil painting of a winter landscape with deer. It is 36 x 48 x 1.5 inches on deep edged canvas with white edges so does not need a frame. Three small deer, a stag and two does stand in the centre of a mystical woodland clearing staring back at us. They wonder what business we have in their forest and they appear to shimmer in and out of the forest at will. The colours are warm yellows, pinks, purples and oranges with white trees. Although painted in a semi abstract art nouveau style the scene still gives the feel of a real forest in winter.
